PM REALTY GROUP SECURES TOP ATLANTA REAL ESTATE
VETERAN AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT IN ATLANTA OFFICE

ATLANTA –- PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that Charles “Chip” Roach has been named Senior Vice President in PM Realty’s Atlanta office.

With more than 20 years of real estate experience in the Atlanta market, as Senior Vice President, Roach will assist in expanding PM’s presence in the Atlanta region. Roach will work closely with newly-appointed Senior Vice President and Director Bill Weghorst, who oversees the firm’s leasing capabilities in the Atlanta area as well as general brokerage, investment sales and property management.

“To have a real estate veteran of Chip’s stature join the PM team is a huge win for us,” said Bill Weghorst, Senior Vice President and Director for PM Realty’s Atlanta region. “Not only is Chip one of the industry’s most experienced and knowledgeable professionals, but he is an Atlanta native and extensively knows the local real estate market. This will allow PM to continue providing the highest level of real estate services while expanding our distinguished client roster.”

Roach most recently served as a Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Technology Park/Atlanta Inc., where he was responsible for leasing, land sales, building sales, and build-to-suits at Technology Park, Johns Creek, The Bluffs and other properties throughout Atlanta. In addition, he previously served as Vice President of Business Development and Asset Management at Prentiss Properties Trust, where he was accountable for all third-party business development and asset management in the Southeast region. Prior to joining Prentiss Properties Trust, Roach served as Vice President/Regional Manager for Leggat McCall Properties in Atlanta.

“Chip’s arrival demonstrates PM Realty’s commitment to Atlanta,” said Jimmy Gunn, President of Property Services with PM Realty Group. “Chip’s market knowledge and track record in leasing and asset management add tremendous value to the exiting first-rate PM team. With Bill and Chip joining our team, we feel that we have one of the best transactional and management groups in the city.”

Roach earned a bachelors degree from the University of Georgia and is a licensed Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. In addition, he is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Today, PM Realty Group manages a 140 million-square-foot portfolio valued at more than $12 billion. While PM Realty Group has continued to grow its core property management business during the last four years, PM Realty also maintains complementary business units focused on
corporate services, investment sales and development and acquisition services, enabling the firm to address client needs at any point during the real estate cycle.
