HOUSTON, TX – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that John S. Dailey has been promoted to Executive Vice President/Managing Director of Investment Services with PM Realty Group in Houston.
As Executive Vice President/Managing Director of Investment Services, Dailey will have oversight responsibility for PM Realty’s national investment sales activities and will work closely with the Managing Directors of each region to ensure consistency and quality of each region’s work product. In addition, John will maintain his current responsibilities for all investment sales within the Houston metropolitan market.
John joined PM Realty Group in 1998. His expertise and professionalism has contributed greatly in the expansion of the investment sales product line. Over the last four years, while PM’s national leasing portfolio grew by more than 30 percent, the firm’s Investment Services division more than tripled its transaction volume.
Dailey has an established record of real estate accomplishments; prior to joining PM Realty Group he was a leading producer at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Company where he represented buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of over $135 million of property. He also earned Marcus & Millichap’s “National Achievement Award” in 1996 and 1997.
Dailey earned an undergraduate degree from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In addition, he is an active member of the Harvard University Club of Houston and New York City and was the Club’s former Co-Chairman of the Schools and Scholarships Committee. |
