PM REALTY GROUP ANNOUNCES SIX REAL
ESTATE EXECUTIVE PROMOTIONS

HOUSTON, TX – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced the promotions of six executives, Wade Bowlin, D. Bernard Deaton, James O. Dismukes, Douglas D. Little, David W. Parker, and James A. Proehl to Executive Vice President/Managing Director.

Today, PM Realty Group manages a 140 million-square-foot portfolio valued at more than $12 billion. While PM Realty Group has continued to grow its core property management business during the last four years, PM Realty also maintains complementary business units focused on corporate services, investment sales and development and acquisition services, enabling the firm to address client needs at any point during the real estate cycle.

“Each of the individuals have played an integral role in expanding our service menu and extending the firm’s capabilities in the key markets throughout the country,” said Rick V. Kirk, president and CEO of PM Realty Group. “Under their leadership, we’ve been able to attract quality clients and some of the best talent in the real estate industry. They all are a critical part of the PM organization and its success.”

Following is detailed information on each of the promotions:

• Wade Bowlin, promoted to Executive Vice President/Managing Director for PM Realty Group, is responsible for a group of clients across the country comprised of office, retail and industrial properties. Bowlin is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Building Owner’s and Manager’s Association (BOMA), and serves on the Advisory Board of the Houston Office Guide and Black’s Guide.

• Bernard Deaton, promoted to Executive Vice President/Managing Director for PM Realty Group’s Central Division oversees all the activity in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, North Texas, Chicago, Oklahoma and Northern Louisiana. Before joining PM Realty in 2002, Deaton served as Senior Managing Director Southern Region for Kennedy Wilson Property services. Prior to Kennedy Wilson, he was President and Principal of Fults Realty Corporation where he was responsible for operations. He has extensive experience in property management, leasing and development of commercial properties for private and institutional clients. His property portfolios have included office, industrial, and retail properties.

• Jim Dismukes, promoted to Executive Vice President/Managing Director for PM Realty Group’s National Operations, is responsible for the quality and efficiency of property management functions within the PM organization. With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Dismukes primarily focuses on industry best practices, benchmarking and customer service. Prior to joining PM Realty Group, Dismukes served as Senior Vice President, National Director of Operations for Prentiss Properties. He is an active member of BOMA and the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (NACORE).

• Doug Little, promoted to Executive Vice President/Managing Director for PM Realty Group’s Houston Division, manages all aspects of the division’s operations, including the leasing of approximately 10 million square feet of commercial office space and property management of approximately 30 million square feet of commercial office space. Little has more than 17 years of real estate experience and since he joined PM Realty Group in 1994, he has successfully negotiated more than 4.5 million square feet of leases with a value exceeding $270 million. Little previously served as Senior Vice President with PM Realty Group.

• Dave Parker, promoted to Executive Vice President/Managing Director for PM Realty Group’s Eastern Division, is responsible for all activity in Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, New York, Philadelphia, Delaware, Orlando, and Tampa. Parker, a graduate of Williams College, has worked in the commercial real estate industry for twenty years and has experience in many of the disciplines including development, leasing, property management, finance, and investment sales. Prior to joining PM Realty Group in 2002, Parker was a Senior Vice President with Cassidy & Pinkard, Inc. He is the Chairman of the Loudoun County Economic Development Commission and past President of the Dulles Area Transportation Association. Parker is on the Board of Directors of Hubert Construction Company. Additionally, Parker has served on various task forces and work groups at the Washington Board of Trade, NAIOP, Loudoun County, and The Washington Committee. Parker will also manage the new Northern Virginia office located in Sterling, Virginia.

• Jim Proehl, promoted to Executive Vice President/Managing Director for PM Realty Group’s Western Division, manages a portfolio of more than 20 million square feet in 11 western states. Prior to joining PM Realty Group in 1994, he served as Development Manager for Tooley & Company where he managed the development of two high-rise class-A office buildings, each in excess of 400,000 square feet. With more than 22 years in the real estate industry, Proehl’s experience includes asset management, office development, finance, and property management.
