National Commercial Real Estate Services Firm Expands its 140 Million-Square-Foot Portfolio into Northern Virginia
LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, announced today it has opened a regional office in Northern Virginia to service the Fairfax County, Loudoun County, Tyson’s Corner, Reston/ Herndon and Prince William regions. Dave Parker, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of PM Realty Group, will lead the Northern Virginia team based in Sterling, Virginia.
As Executive Vice President, Parker will provide strong local leadership and support to PM Realty Group’s growing client base and existing assets throughout the Northern Virginia area. In addition, Parker will be responsible for providing a full range of real estate services including, project leasing, general brokerage, property management, development and acquisitions to the Northern Virginia market.
“Northern Virginia is a dynamic and growing market, we are pleased to be able to offer a wide spectrum of real estate services, from leasing to investment sales and management,” said Dave Parker. “PM Realty Group is looking to reach out to real estate owners and investors as well as emerging companies in the region to support their growth in the market.”
While PM Realty Group has continued to grow its core property management business during the last four years nationally, they initiated an aggressive expansion of the firm’s national transactional capabilities, which grew by more than 30 percent. During the same period, other business lines including the firm’s Investment Services division more than tripled its transaction volume while the Development/Acquisition Services group continued to increase the number of active development projects.

About the Office
The office will be staffed by Dave Parker as well as Dave Williams, Vice President, and Lauren Updegrove, Leasing Associate.
Parker, a graduate of Williams College, has worked in the commercial real estate industry for twenty years and has experience in many of the disciplines including development, leasing, property management, finance, and investment sales. Prior to joining PM Realty Group, Parker was a Senior Vice President with Cassidy & Pinkard, Inc.,. Parker is the Chairman of the Loudoun County Economic Development Commission and past President of the Dulles Area Transportation Association. He is on the Board of Directors of Hubert Construction Company. Additionally, Parker has served on various task forces and work groups at the Washington Board of Trade, NAIOP, Loudoun County, and The Washington Committee.
Dave Williams, Vice President of Leasing and Investment Sales, is a twenty-year veteran in the Northern Virginia market. Williams is responsible for managing the firm’s Northern Virginia office. Williams has leased and sold more than 11 million square feet of commercial property during his twenty-year career. Dave graduated from the College of William and Mary.
Updegrove, Leasing Associate, will be responsible for the leasing and marketing of the firm’s buildings in Northern Virginia. Lauren is a member of the Northern Virginia NAIOP, in which she is a member of the Membership committee, as well as an active participant in the Committee for Dulles. Lauren graduated from Union College in Schenectady, NY. |
