PM Realty Group also Assisted in the Acquisition of the Property by Konasafe, L.L.C.
HONOLULU, HI – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that Konasafe, L.L.C. has acquired the Crossroads Shopping Center in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Wendell F. Brooks, III, Vice President of Commercial Properties at PM Realty assisted the buyer in the transaction. PM Realty Group was also selected for exclusive property management and leasing services for the center which is currently 98 percent occupied. The 75,000-square-foot retail shopping center is located at 75-1027 Henry Street within minutes of the Kona Airport at the intersection of Queen Kaahumanu Highway and Henry Street, overlooking the Kailua-Kona harbor. Major tenants include Safeway, Cold Stone Creamery, Denny’s and AT&T Wireless and a host of well-known local and national tenants.
