PM REALTY GROUP AWARDED LEASING ASSIGNMENT FOR NORTHPOINT MEDICAL CENTRE IN DALLAS


DALLAS, TX – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced it has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for Northpoint Medical Centre in Dallas.

Northpoint Medical Centre is made up of two buildings located at 12606 Greenville Avenue and 9250 Amberton Parkway on the northeast corner of I-635 and Greenville Avenue. The one-and two-story medical office buildings total 154,000 square feet of space. They offer on-site medical centers that include a 14,000-square- foot imaging center, and a 15,000-square-foot ambulatory surgery center which is scheduled to open in the spring of 2005.

Working under the direction of Bernard Deaton, Executive Vice President and Managing Director at PM Realty Group, Kathy Mulgrew, Leasing Manager, will assume responsibility for the leasing of the buildings.
