DALLAS, TX – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that Rich Elam, Vice President/Regional Manager of PM Realty Group, has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) professional designation.
The CCIM designation recognizes experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. Membership consists of 7,500 professionals across North America. Regions and chapters provide CCIM’s the opportunities to promote business through local and regional forums and meetings. The CCIM network includes brokers, leasing professionals, investment counselors, property managers, appraisers, corporate real estate executives, developers, attorneys, asset managers, and bankers.
“We are extremely proud of Rich’s accomplishment, seeing as how only 6 percent of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation,” said Bernard Deaton, Executive Vice President and Managing Director at PM Realty Group.
As the Vice President/Regional Manager of PM’s Central Division in Dallas, Elam’s responsibilities include overseeing the overall operations and management of all Central Division properties. This includes personnel administration, tenant relations, financial preparations and reviews, tenant improvement projects, and capital construction projects.
Elam has a B.S. from the United States Military Academy and a MMAS from the United States Army Command and General Staff College. Elam also holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management as well as a Texas Real Estate Salesman’s License. He currently serves as a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, the National Association of Realtors, and the Texas Association of Realtors. |
