PM Realty Group Selected by Lennar Partners, Inc.
for 144,231-Square–Foot Building

HOUSTON, TX – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, announced today it has been selected by Lennar Partners, Inc. to provide exclusive property management and construction management services for the Class-A 3700 Buffalo Speedway building in the Greenway Plaza submarket in Houston.

Located at 3700 Buffalo Speedway, the 11-story building offers 144,231-square-feet of office space near the Southwest Freeway, within minutes of the 610 Loop and the Galleria. Major tenants include Merrill Lynch, Mutual of New York and Sirius Solutions.

Working under the direction of Doug Little, Executive Vice President at PM Realty Group, Rhonda Huff, Assistant Vice President and General Manager will assume responsibility for the building and oversee the property services teams.
