THE STATE OF TEXAS – DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SIGNS A RENEWAL LEASE FOR 32,405 SQUARE FEET AT BANK ONE CENTER IN ARLINGTON

DALLAS, TX – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that the State of Texas – Department of Health has signed a five-year renewal lease for 32,405 square feet of office space at Bank One Center in Arlington, Texas.

Aaron Emerson of Scribcor Texas, LLC represented the State of Texas in the transaction. Kurt Cherry, working under the direction of Bernard Deaton, Executive Vice President at PM Realty Group represented PM Realty in the transaction. The owner of the building is Arlington Bank Building Operating Associates, L.P.

Located at 1301 South Bowen Road, the four-story Bank One Center offers 111,144 square feet of office space in Arlington. In addition, Bank One operates a retail bank lobby and an on-site drive-through.
