PM REALTY GROUP AWARDED LEASING ASSIGNMENT FOR 356,780-SQUARE-FOOT 2000 WEST LOOP SOUTH BUILDING IN HOUSTON

HOUSTON, TX – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced it has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for 2000 West Loop South in Houston. The assignment was awarded by building owner CMD Realty Investors, based in Chicago.

2000 West South Loop is a 356,780-square-foot office building located in the heart of the Galleria/West Loop submarket. The recently renovated 22-story building offers a five-level parking garage, an on-site deli and a fitness facility.

“PM Realty Group was selected for the leasing assignment based on our past relationship and proven performance with the client during the last two years,” said Wade Bowlin, Senior Vice President with PM Realty Group.

Working under the direction of Wade Bowlin, Senior Vice President with PM Realty Group, Mike Martin, Vice President and Eric Haugen, Leasing Manager will assume responsibility for the leasing of the building and oversee the property services team.
