PM REALTY GROUP AWARDED LEASING ASSIGNMENT FOR 119,332-SQUARE-FOOT CENTERPOINT III IN ARLINGTON

DALLAS, TX - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, announced today it has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment by Avex Centerpoint, Ltd. for Centerpoint III in the Arlington submarket.

Centerpoint III is an 119,332-square-foot office building located at 600 Six Flags Drive, near the intersection of State Highway 360 at Interstate 30 and just minutes from the DFW International Airport. The six-story building overlooks a small lake and is within walking distance to Ameriquest Field and Six Flags Over Texas. Major tenants include Accountable Health Plans of America, Inc., Laidlaw International, Inc., and Honeywell Aerospace.

Working under the direction of Bernard Deaton, Senior Vice President and Director at PM Realty Group, Kurt Cherry, Assistant Vice President and Leasing Manager will assume responsibility for the leasing of the building and oversee the property services team.
