NATIONAL FLOOD INFORMATION SERVICES, INC. SIGNS 25,000 SQUARE FEET AT SKYMARK TOWER IN ARLINGTON

ARLINGTON, TX - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that National Flood Information Services, Inc. (FNIS) has signed a lease for 24,703 square feet of office space at Skymark Tower in Arlington.

Kurt Cherry, working under the direction of Bernard Deaton, Senior Vice President and Director of the Central Division at PM Realty Group, represented the owner of the building, US Office Holdings, L.P.,. Erik Ozolins of Orion Realty represented the tenant. Nancy Haynes of Gaedeke Landers manages the property.

Skymark Tower, located at 1521 North Cooper Street in Arlington, Texas, is an eight-story office building. The building, built in 1985, offers 115,700 square feet of rentable space.

FNIS Flood Services is a division of Fidelity National Information Solutions, the nation’s leading source of real estate information services. FNIS Flood provides flood hazard compliance services, including flood determinations, portfolio monitoring and HMDA reporting information.
