PM REALTY GROUP REPRESENTS TCP/ PRAEDIUM IN SALE OF 111,683-SQUARE-FOOT PARK CENTRE ONE IN HOUSTON

HOUSTON, TX - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that TCP/ Praedium Park Centre One Partners, LP has sold Park Centre One in Houston to Boxer Properties for an undisclosed price.

John Dailey, Senior Vice President and Director of Investment Services at PM Realty Group, represented the seller in the transaction, while Shane Rogers and Anson Lang represented the buyer, Boxer Properties.

Located at 9950 Westpark Drive in the Westchase submarket, the six-story building offers 111,683 square feet of rentable office space. The building was formerly occupied solely by Halliburton/ KBR, which now rents one floor, or 19,000 square feet of space. The remainder of the building is now vacant. The building is located near the recently opened Westpark Toll Road and the Sam Houston Tollway.
