Burgeoning Hawaii and Pacific real estate market continues to be key focus for PM Realty Group
HONOLULU, HI - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that Scott Kuklish was named Sr. Vice President of the firm’s Honolulu office. Formerly senior vice president of PM Realty Group’s Northwest Region, Scott Kuklish is now fully committed to Hawaii to lead the impressive real estate team, which includes the bench strength of Wendell Brooks, Linda Gee, Skip Schuman and Matthew Bittick.

Scott Kuklish has more than 27 years of experience in all areas of commercial real estate, with a primary focus centered on development, office, medical and retail property management activities. Within the past four years, he has grown PM Realty Group’s Pacific Northwest Region from three million sq. feet to over 16 million sq. feet. In addition to his duties with PM Realty Group, Mr. Kuklish served as Chairman of the Medical Office Buildings Committee for the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International. He previously directed the BOMA International Management Advisory and Suburban Office Buildings Standards Committees.
