PM REALTY GROUP AWARDED LEASING ASSIGNMENT FOR 410,000-SQUARE-FOOT CAPITAL CITY PLAZA IN ATLANTA

ATLANTA - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, announced today it has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment by Parkway Properties for the 410,128-square-foot Capital City Plaza in Buckhead.

Vice Presidents Bill Langley and Kendrick Armistead will spearhead the leasing assignment, working under the direction of Steve Dils, Senior Vice President and Director of the Atlanta region at PM Realty Group.

“Capital City Plaza is an outstanding office building in an ideal location with great amenities,” Dils said. “We are pleased to have been selected to provide our high-quality leasing services.”

The Capital City Plaza is located at 3350 Peachtree Road in the Buckhead submarket. The 17-story building offers conference facilities, multiple retail shops, and a five-story parking garage. The building is currently 92 percent occupied, with tenants such as Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Industrial Logic, Univision Television and Jefferson Pilot Communications. The building, which was built in 1989, is also conveniently located adjacent to the Buckhead MARTA station.
