PM REALTY GROUP AWARDED LEASING ASSIGNMENT FOR 35,500-SQUARE-FOOT BUILDING IN LEGACY COMMONS IN FRISCO, TEXAS

DALLAS, TEXAS - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced it has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for a new building in the Legacy Commons development in Frisco, Texas. The assignment was awarded by the owner, Legacy Commons Office I, L.P.

The leasing assignment is for a soon-to-be developed, three-story, 35,500-square-foot office building to break ground later in the year. The building is slated for completion in June 2005. The developer is Town & Country Development.

It is the first project to be built in the 28-acre, Phase II construction of the development in Frisco. The master-planned project will include hotel, office and retail projects. The new building will be located at the northwest corner of Highway 121 and Legacy Drive. Facilities already completed within the first phase of development include the Westin Stonebriar Hotel & Resort and a golf course.

Bernard Deaton, Senior Vice President and Director, Central Division at PM Realty Group, will lead the leasing team. “We are thrilled to be a part of this exciting new development,” said Deaton. “We look forward to offering our leasing services skills to the premier Legacy Commons development.”
