DALLAS, TEXAS - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that CitiBank signed a lease extension for 49,430 square feet at The Princeton in Dallas. Prudential Real Estate Investors owns the building.

Darryl Cothron, working under the direction of Bernard Deaton, Senior Vice President and Director of the Central Division at PM Realty Group, represented Prudential Real Estate Investors in the transaction.

The Princeton is a class-A, 371,228-square-foot office building located at 14651 Dallas Parkway. The nine-story building is located in the Quorum area of North Dallas, along the Dallas North Tollway. The building offers an on-site deli, laundry services and more than 1,000 parking spaces for tenants and visitors.
