ATLANTA – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, announced today it has appointed George R. Lipscomb as General Manager for One Atlantic Center, the trophy 50-story building located at 1201 West Peachtree Street in Atlanta.
As General Manager, Lipscomb is responsible for day-to-day management of the downtown building. Prior to joining PM Realty Group, Lipscomb was the Division President at OneSource, a national building services company. He previously held the Vice President position at Carter and Associates, a regional commercial real estate company in Atlanta. Lipscomb is also a Certified Public Accountant with a B.A. in Economics and M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance, both from Tulane University in Louisiana.
“My goal as General Manager is to continue the tradition of top quality service that the tenants at One Atlantic Center currently enjoy,” said Lipscomb. He will report directly to Sally Elliott, Senior Vice President of Property Management Operations.
Elliott said of the announcement, “We are pleased to bring George on board with us at PM Realty Group. He will ensure that One Atlantic Center maintains its position as the premier business address in Atlanta.”

Built in 1988, One Atlantic Center is a 1.1 million-square-foot, 50-story building located at 14th and West Peachtree Streets. The building sits on a 2.5-acre park and has an underground pedestrian retail concourse. The location offers easy access to 1-75, 1-85 as well as the Buckhead and downtown neighborhoods. The building offers 2,200 parking spaces and houses a dry-cleaner, salon and a diner. Prominent tenants include Credit Suisse First Boston, Cushman & Wakefield and law firm Holland & Knight LLP.
