LOS ANGELES – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that Terry Thompson has been promoted to Senior Vice President of the Western Division, and John Sterling has been promoted to Vice President of Construction Services in Southern California.
“We are extremely pleased to announce the promotions of Terry Thompson and John Sterling,” said Jim Proehl, PM Realty Group’s Senior Vice President and Director of the Western Division. “Both John and Terry have provided invaluable service to our clients and incredible management insight to their support teams. We are fortunate to have them on board with PM Realty Group.”
- Terry Thompson, now Senior Vice President, previously served as Vice President of the Western Division. Thompson is responsible for the profitability of the Southern California region of PM Realty Group, including leading operations and developing new business throughout Southern California. He currently oversees approximately eight million square feet of space in Southern California and has been instrumental in developing new business and leading property management and leasing teams.
Since joining PM Realty Group over two years ago, Thompson has led PM Realty Group in exponentially growing the company’s Southern California business by landing such notable assignments as the Nestle Building in Glendale, the MTV Building in Santa Monica and Hazard Center in San Diego. Furthermore, through Thompson’s efforts, PM Realty Group has added new clients such as Wells Real Estate Funds, Principal Real Estate Investors and Makar Properties to name a few. Prior to joining PM Realty Group in December 2001, Thompson was with Legacy Partners for over 11 years where he ran operations and leasing for Legacy Partners’ Southern California Commercial Division. He is on the Board of Directors of the SoCal Chapter of NAIOP and a graduate of UCLA.
- John Sterling, now Vice President of Construction Services, previously served as Senior Construction Manager in Southern California. With PM Realty Group since 1998, Sterling is responsible for managing tenant improvement and building construction. Sterling has a degree in architecture from Yale University and has over 30 years of experience in architecture, design and construction management for commercial, industrial and retail projects. He is involved with and a member of the Building Industry Association, the Construction Specifications Institute and the American Institute of Architects. |
