WASHINGTON, D.C. – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced it has been selected to provide exclusive property management and construction management services for 2100 M Street in Washington, D.C.’s Central Business District. The assignment was awarded by building owner Prudential Real Estate Investors/ TMW.

The eight-story, 298,416-square-foot building is located near the corner of M Street and 21st Street NW. Built in 1969, 2100 M Street was recently upgraded with a $1.5 million renovation of the lobby and exterior façade. The building also offers more than 200 parking spaces in an underground garage. The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Residences and many prestigious offices, shops and restaurants can be found nearby.

"PM Realty Group was selected for this assignment based on the proven positive financial impact of our systems,” said Tanya Seyfert, Vice President of Operations, PM Realty Group. "We look forward to expanding our relationship with PREI/TMW and adding value to our client’s investment in this dynamic market." Joe Lugiano will serve as Assistant Vice President of Engineering and Construction Services on the site. Lugiano and Seyfert are transitioning and will now manage the property. The Urban Institute is a prominent tenant, currently leasing approximately 46 percent of the building.
