PM REALTY GROUP AWARDED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND LEASING SAN FRANCISCO

SAN FRANCISCO – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced it has been selected to provide exclusive property management, construction management and leasing services for a five-building portfolio in San Francisco. The three-building, 170,000-square-foot portfolio of office buildings is located in the heart of the Van Ness Corridor. Cathedral Heights, LLC own the five buildings.

Located at 1255 Post Street, 1100 Van Ness Street, 1054, 1060 and 1062 Geary Street, the buildings are close to City Hall and the Civic Center. The property offers easy access to the 101 and I-80 freeways and is surrounded by several large hotels, restaurants and health clubs.
