PRAEDIUM II SELLS 225,049-SQ.-FT. NORTH BELT ATRIUM I AND II BUILDINGS TO HOUSTON R.E. INCOME PROPERTIES

HOUSTON – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that Houston R.E. Income Properties XVII Limited has purchased the 225,049-square-foot North Belt Atrium I and II buildings in Houston for an undisclosed amount.

Praedium II Star Two LP, the seller, was represented by John Dailey, Senior Vice President and Director of Investment Services at PM Realty Group. Houston R.E. Income Properties XVII Limited was represented by John Crossin and Julian Kwok of Hartmann Management Company.

Located at 15355 and 15311 West Vantage Parkway, the three-story buildings are only three miles from George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Tenants include the Harris County Sheriffs Office, Baker Hughes and The General Service Administration.
