BATON ROUGE, LA – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that SM Brell LP has sold One American Place, a 336,128-square-foot office building in downtown Baton Rouge for an undisclosed amount.

BGK Properties Inc., headquartered in Santa Fe, NM, purchased the building. The purchase of One American Place is the third for BGK in Baton Rouge.

Located at 301 Main Street in downtown Baton Rouge, One American Place is a 24-story building adjacent to the Louisiana State Capital Building. Built in 1974, the property is only seven miles from the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport.
