SAN ANTONIO – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that Praedium II Loan Star LP has sold One Data Center to American Property Global Management Group for an undisclosed amount.

John Dailey, Senior Vice President and Director of Investment Services at PM Realty Group, represented the seller in the transaction, while Drew Hooker of American Property Company represented the buyer.

Located at 8415 Data Center Drive on the northwest side of San Antonio, One Data Center is a 10-story office building built in 1980. The building totals 148,160 square feet. Major tenants in the building include American Express Travel, Verizon Communications and the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities.
