in 10-Year LAX Market Lease

LOS ANGELES – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that REMC Executive Suites has renewed its lease at 5959 West Century Boulevard at Airport Center, a 220,000-square-foot building in the LAX submarket.

The lease transaction was negotiated by Chris Strickfaden, Senior Vice President of the Western Division at PM Realty Group.

The property also houses the LAX Airport Parking Garage and 24-Hour Fitness, and is adjacent to the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Airport Center is easily accessible to/from freeways 405 and 105 and Century Blvd.
