PM REALTY GROUP REPRESENTS PROFILE IN 36,000-SQUARE-FOOT WAREHOUSE PROPERTY PURCHASE IN KAPOLEI

HONOLULU, HI – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that ProFile Record Systems has purchased a 36,000-square-foot warehouse property at the Westpark Center in the City of Kapolei, for an undisclosed amount.

The new warehouse will serve as ProFile’s headquarters. ProFile has been an industry leader in assisting companies with offsite storage of their business files since 1989, and will continue to provide same day service to its clients.

Located in the Westpark Center, an industrial condominium property in the James Campbell Industrial Park in Kapolei, the headquarters are adjacent to the Kalaeloa Barbers Point Harbor and only 25 minutes from the Honolulu International Airport.
