Wells Real Estate Fund Selects PM Realty Group for Property Management and Construction Management of the 135,000-Square-Foot Building

ORANGE COUNTY – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced it has been selected to provide exclusive property management and construction management services to Fairway Center II in Brea, California. The assignment was awarded by the owner of the building, Wells Real Estate Fund.

Located at 675 Placentia Avenue, Fairway Center II is a three-story, 135,000-square foot office building in northern Orange County. The building houses two tenants with one tenant, Continental Casualty, occupying approximately 80 percent of the total space. Fairway Center II offers a two-story parking garage and is in close proximity to the 57 Freeway and the Imperial Highway in Brea.

Shirley Bernard, Property Manager, leads the on-site management team, working under the direction of Marc Fertig, General Manager, and Terry Thompson, Vice President of Southern California operations at PM Realty Group.
