Arsiga have joined the firm’s Honolulu office. Both will be based at the City Financial Tower in Honolulu and will serve clients throughout the State of Hawaii. “PM Realty Group is pleased to welcome this team of top brokerage professionals to our Honolulu office," said Scott Kuklish, Senior Vice President of PM Realty Group. Matthew Bittick, now Vice President at PM Realty Group, previously served as Managing Director of Grubb & Ellis in Honolulu. A leader in the Hawaii real estate market for more than 10 years, his expertise is in landlord and tenant representation services with a focus on office properties, as well as investment services. Bittick received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.

Kyle D. Arsiga, Associate at PM Realty Group, previously served as Associate at Grubb & Ellis in Honolulu. He specializes in lease, sublease and investment sale transactions in the retail market and also provides tenant representation services to office clients. Arsiga is a lifelong Hawaii resident, and also received his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Hawaii.
