HERITAGE TEXAS PROPERTIES LEASES 21,272 SQUARE FEET AT 1177 WEST LOOP SOUTH

HOUSTON – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that Heritage Texas Properties has leased 21,272 square feet at 1177 West Loop South, an 18-story office building in Houston. Heritage Texas Properties, one of the largest residential brokerage firms in Texas, will occupy the entire 12th floor.

Dan Boyles of Partners Commercial represented Heritage Texas Properties in the transaction. Ownership of the building was represented by Wade Bowlin, Senior Vice President at PM Realty Group.
