HOUSTON – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced the sale of the Highlands Insurance Building in Houston. John Dailey, Senior Vice President at PM Realty Group represented the owner, Alder Properties Associates, in the sale to Granite Properties. Sale price was not disclosed.

The Highlands Insurance Building is a class-A office property at 10370 Richmond Avenue in the Westchase submarket of Houston. The 310,000-square-foot building sits on 6.5 acres in an area with ample restaurants, retail centers, hotels, banks and entertainment venues. The lead tenant, Highlands Insurance Co., occupies two floors in the 14-story office building.

“The Highlands Insurance Building is a great asset in the prime location of Westchase,” said Dailey.
