Honolulu, HI – PM Realty Group, a national real estate firm with one of Hawaii’s largest commercial leasing and property management portfolios, today announced that it has been chosen to represent Gentry Properties in the sale of industrial and commercial land for development of facilities at Gentry Business Park, one of Honolulu’s top business parks.
Located in Central Oahu off of the H-2 Freeway at Ka Uka Blvd, Gentry Business Park consists of 122 acres, of which 101 acres have been sold. The park is home to many companies specializing in warehousing, distribution, restaurants, moving and storage. Current occupants of the park include Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Costco, Tony Group Autoplex, Paradise Beverages, Better Brands, Golden State Foods, Zippy’s, McDonalds, Pearl Harbor Federal Credit Union, Nordic Construction, Albert C. Kobayashi and Hawaii Transfer. Plots ranging from 0.5 acre to 13 acres are available with underground utilities. The business park is a designated Enterprise Zone, offering economic advantages to qualified companies that locate there.
Skip Schuman in PM Realty Group’s Honolulu office leads the assignment to sell the remaining 21 acres at Gentry Business Park. Schuman recently joined PM Realty Group to head the firm’s industrial operations in Hawaii, complementing the firm’s growing presence in office, retail and other property types. |
