Honolulu, HI – PM Realty Group, a national real estate firm with one of Hawaii’s largest commercial leasing and property management portfolios, today announced that Skip Schuman has joined the firm as a broker in its Honolulu office. Schuman brings more than 20 years of experience in the Hawaii commercial real estate business.
A leading broker in the industrial real estate business in Hawaii, Schuman brings a strong industrial capability to PM Realty Group’s Hawaii operations, complementing the firm’s growing presence in office, retail and other property types.
Schuman formerly served as Senior Vice President & Director of the Commercial Real Estate Group at Chaney, Brooks & Company, where he worked closely with Wendell F. Brooks III, another leading broker who joined PM Realty Group recently. Previously, Schuman owned his own real estate firm, which in 1996 was ranked as the fifth-largest real estate brokerage firm and the 11th largest property management company in Hawaii.
His past and current clients include Thomasville Furniture, Marshall’s Ameritone Paints, Bekin’s Moving & Storage, GE Supply, Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Company, Island Beverage, Alpac Pepsi-Cola, Century Properties and H&W Food. In addition, Schuman has represented buildings such as Grosvenor Center, VMS Hawaii, the Pan Am Building, Pioneer Plaza, Davis Pacific Center, Amfac and Hawaii Tower, Dillingham Transportation Center and 1164 Bishop Street. |
