Rob Kilby, Jerry Cobb and Chris Mickey of CB Richard Ellis represented AT&T in the transaction. The owner, Laurel Properties Associates, L.P. was represented by Kurt Cherry, of PM Realty Group, working under the direction of Bernard Deaton, Senior Vice President and Director of the Central Division.
