PM Realty Group Represents Ownership in
transaction at Marina Del Rey Office Building
LOS ANGELES – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that Lions Gate Entertainment has expanded into nearly 40,000-square-feet at 4551 Glencoe Avenue in the Marina Business Center, a 144,000 square-foot office complex in Marina Del Rey.
The lease transaction was negotiated by Chris Strickfaden, Senior Vice President of the Western Division and Jim Bowers, Director of Leasing, both of PM Realty Group. Matthew Miller of CRESA Partners represented Lions Gate.
Lions Gate develops, produces and distributes a broad range of motion picture, television and other filmed entertainment content through its four operating divisions - Motion Pictures, Television, Animation and Studio Facilities - as well as its CinemaNow digital media platform.
Marina Business Center features two low-rise buildings on five acres in an attractive business park setting. The property is conveniently located in Marina Del Rey, 10 minutes from Los Angeles International Airport, and offers easy access to the 90 and 405 freeways. |
