COMCAST CORPORATION LEASES 20,000 SQUARE FEET AT 5901 GREEN VALLEY CIRCLE BUILDING IN LOS ANGELES

PM Realty Group Represents TIAA CREF in Fox Hills Market Lease

LOS ANGELES – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, announced that Comcast Corporation has signed a lease for 20,000-square-feet at 5901 Green Valley Circle building. 5901 Green Valley Circle is a 120,000 square foot office building located in the Fox Hills submarket of Los Angeles.

The lease transaction was negotiated by Chris Strickfaden, Senior Vice President of the Western Division and Jim Bowers, Director of Leasing, of PM Realty Group on behalf of owner TIAA CREF. Alex Haydon of CB Richard Ellis represented Comcast Corporation.

Comcast Corporation is principally involved in the development, management and operation of broadband cable networks and also in electronic retailing and programming content. Comcast Cable is the largest U.S. cable company serving more than 21 million customers in 41 states.

5901 Green Valley Circle is located off of Interstate 405 near the Fox Hills Mall.
