PM Realty Group Represents Ownership in Los Angeles in LAX Market Lease

Los Angeles – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that 24 Hour Fitness has leased 21,500-square-feet at 5959 West Century Boulevard at Airport Center, a 220,000-square-foot building in the LAX submarket.

The lease transaction was negotiated by Chris Strickfaden, Senior Vice President of the Western Division at PM Realty Group. Bryan Norcott of Colliers Seeley and Steve Solomon of Insignia/ESG represented 24 Hour Fitness.

24 Hour Fitness is the world's largest privately owned and operated fitness center chain. The company now boasts more than 2.7 million members and over 300 clubs.

The property also houses the Airport Center LAX Airport Parking Garage, and is adjacent to the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
