Elliott Leads Property Management, Construction Management and Engineering Teams in Georgia, Florida, North and South Carolina

ATLANTA – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s largest independent full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced the hiring of Sally W. Elliott as Senior Vice President of the Eastern Division. In her new role, Elliott directs property management, construction management and engineering in Atlanta, Florida, North and South Carolina; she will also oversee approximately 100 employees. The total portfolio equals roughly 6 million square feet in space.

Elliott is the former President and owner of Elliott Consulting Services, Inc., a private real estate consulting firm, and was Vice President of Operations with Prentiss Properties. Elliott joined PM Realty Group in its Atlanta office on September 1. Elliott reports to David Parker, Senior Vice President and Director of the Eastern Division of PM Realty Group.

“Sally has a proven track record of leading and motivating teams to enhance the value of properties,” said Parker. “She is a well-known and trusted name in the real estate industry, and we are very pleased that she is now overseeing many areas of the Eastern Division.”

Elliott is a graduate of the University of Alabama and is a member of many real estate organizations, including the Atlanta Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Commercial Real Estate Women of Atlanta (CREW). She is also a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a Real Property Administrator (RPA).
