PM REALTY GROUP AWARDED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSIGNMENT FOR 2200 WEST LOOP SOUTH OFFICE BUILDING

Hudson Advisors L.L.C. Previously Selected PM Realty Group to Lease the 196,217-Square-Foot Property

HOUSTON – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced it has been selected to provide exclusive property management services to 2200 West Loop South in the Galleria submarket of Houston.

The assignment was awarded by Hudson Advisors L.L.C., the asset manager for the property, who in 2002 also engaged PM Realty Group in the leasing of the 196,217-square-foot building. 2200 West Loop South is a 10-story building located within five minutes of numerous shops and restaurants in the Galleria/West Loop submarket.

Charlotte Liberda, Regional Vice President, leads the PM Realty Group management team, under the direction of Doug Little, Senior Vice President.
