ATLANTA – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced it has been awarded the leasing and property management assignment for Perimeter 400 Center, a two-building, 358,000-square-foot office complex in the Central Perimeter sub-market of Atlanta, by Primrose Properties Associates, L.P.

Located at 1100 Johnson Ferry Road NE, Perimeter 400 Center offers convenient access to GA-400 and I-285, as well as a wide range of nearby restaurants, retail, medical facilities and other amenities. The PM Realty Group team is led by Steve Dils, Senior Vice President and Director of the Atlanta Division. Dils will join Bill Langley, Vice President, in leading leasing effort for the project and Lynn York, Senior Property Manager will direct property management activities, with support from Assistant Vice President Mary Ellen Bochstahler.
