HOUSTON – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that Siderca Corporation has leased 32,148 square feet at 2200 West Loop South, a 196,217 square-foot office building in Houston. The lease includes space on the building’s seventh and eighth floors.

The lease transaction was negotiated by Doug Little, Senior Vice President and Director of the Houston Division at PM Realty Group, and signed on behalf of ownership by Matt Hill of Dallas-based Hudson Advisors L.L.C., the asset manager for the property.
