The Mauka Tower, the Makai Tower and the Dillingham Transportation Building are located at 737 Bishop St., 733 Bishop St., and 735 Bishop St., respectively. The property is currently 88 percent leased, with major tenants such as AT&T Wireless, Bank of the Orient, MCI International, UBS Paine Webber Inc., USA Dept. of Navy and Watson Wyatt Worldwide.
