Assignment Increases PM Realty Group's
Houston Leasing Portfolio to 11 Million S.F.
HOUSTON – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced an exclusive assignment by JPMorgan Chase to lease three buildings in Houston totaling 1.6 million square feet.
The assignment includes three prominent office buildings in downtown Houston:
- JPMorgan Chase Building, at 712 Main Street, is a 34-story building totaling 807,689 square feet;
- Houston Club Building, at 811 Rusk Street, is an 18-story building totaling 410,643 square feet; and
- 1111 Fannin Street, a 17-story building totaling 416,374 square feet.
With this assignment, PM Realty Group now represents owners in exclusive leasing assignments on Houston-area office buildings totaling more than 11 million square feet.
Erik Haugen of PM Realty Group serves as the on-site leasing agent for the three-building portfolio, working under the direction of John Spafford, Vice President of the Houston Division.
