CINGULAR WIRELESS SIGNS LEASE FOR 57,124 SQUARE FEET AT CINGULAR BUILDING

Doug Little of PM Realty Group Negotiates Renewal for Downtown Property

Houston - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that Cingular Wireless has signed a renewal lease for 57,124 square feet of office space in Cingular Building, located in the Galleria West Loop submarket. Cingular Wireless will occupy two floors of the Class-A eight-story building.

Doug Little, Director of the Houston Division of PM Realty Group, represented the owner, Cornerstone Suburban Office, L.P. Cingular Wireless has leased space at this building since 1989.

“We are very pleased to continue our relationship with Cingular Wireless. Tenant retention is a primary goal for us, it means our tenants are satisfied with the level of services we are providing for them,” Doug Little said.

The Cingular Building is an eight-story, 221,713-square-foot office building located at 1001 West Loop South, near Memorial Park.
