PM Realty Group's John Murray Represents Both Buyer and Seller in Transaction
San Diego, CA - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that AmStar Group has sold 110 Plaza, a Class A office building in San Diego, to BCL Commercial Real Estate for an undisclosed amount.
John Murray, Vice President of Investment Services at PM Realty Group, represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction, which came about through an unsolicited offer by BCL Commercial Real Estate. Murray, a 20-year veteran of the commercial property investment market, was assisted in the sale by PM Realty Group's Investment Services team.
Located at 110 West A St. in downtown San Diego, 110 Plaza is a 16-story office building built in 1982 The Class A building totals 320,000 square feet plus an adjacent two-story pavilion, which was also included in the sale transaction.
