PM Realty Group Expands L.A.-Area Portfolio By More Than 1 Million Square Feet in March
Los Angeles, CA – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, announced today it has been awarded an exclusive property management assignment for Nestle' Building, a Class A office building located in Glendale, California. The property owner, Wells Real Estate Funds, awarded the assignment.
Nestle' Building is a 21-story, 505,000-square-foot office building located at 800 N. Brand Street. The property is considered one of the most prominent buildings in the Los Angeles County submarket, conveniently located near highway CA-134. Nestle' Corporation occupies the entire building.

Terry Thompson, Vice President, Southern California, oversees all account management duties for the building. Toni Reed serves as Property Manager. John Rowen, Vice President of Engineering, and Brad Brizee, Chief Engineer, oversee all engineering operations at the property. |
