Promotion Follows Recent Reorganization of Fast-Growing Central Division To Create Separate Divisions in Houston and Dallas

Houston – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s largest independent full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced the promotion of Douglas D. Little to Senior Vice President and Director of the Houston Division. In his new role, Little directs leasing, property management and construction management operations for all properties in the greater Houston area, including exclusive leasing assignments for 9 million square feet and property management assignments in excess of 30 million square feet.

Little formerly served as Senior Vice President of Leasing in the Central Division. He joined PM Realty Group in 1996.

“Doug Little has exemplified superior service to PM Realty Group,” said Jimmy Gunn, Executive Vice President of Property Services. “Doug has become a well-known and trusted name in the area, and we are very pleased that he is now overseeing all aspects of the Houston operations.” Little's promotion follows a realignment of PM Realty Group's Central Division earlier this year. Dynamic growth in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area as well as a steady influx of new business in Houston and other cities in the region prompted PM Realty Group to create a separate Houston Division now headed by Little, as well as a Central Division now operated from Dallas under the leadership of Senior Vice President & Director D. Bernard Deaton.
