Property Services Group Assembled a Superior Disposition
Team to Win Assignment

Los Angeles – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced it has been awarded the exclusive property management, leasing and construction management assignment for Hamilton Place, a Class A office building located in Torrance, California. The assignment was awarded by institutional advisory firm WRC Properties, on behalf of owner TIAA-CREF.

Hamilton Place is a three-story, 240,000-square-foot office building located at 20101 Hamilton Avenue in Torrance, a prime business center for the South Bay area of Los Angeles. Major tenants include Toyota and Laidlaw Medical Group.

In addition to property management, leasing and construction management, PM Realty Group will be co-listing the sale of the property with Grubb & Ellis’ Kevin Shannon.
