300,000-Square-Foot Assignment Continues String of Successes in Southern California
Santa Monica, CA - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, announced today it has been awarded an exclusive property and construction management assignment for the 2600-2800 Colorado Avenue building. Also known as the MTV Building, 2600-2800 Colorado Avenue is a Class A office building located on the “entertainment strip” in Santa Monica, California. The assignment was awarded by Prudential Real Estate Investors.
2600-2800 Colorado Avenue is a five-story, 300,000-square-foot office building located on the corner of 26th and Colorado, a busy and well-known Santa Monica intersection, close to several upscale restaurants and shopping amenities. It is conveniently located near Route 10 West, the Santa Monica Freeway, and Highway 405 leading to Los Angeles International Airport. MTV Corporation occupies the entire building.

Terry Thompson, Vice President Southern California, oversees all account management duties for the building, under Proehl’s direction. John Rowen, Vice President of Engineering & Construction, oversees all engineering operations at the property.
The assignment is one of several new assignment gained by PM Realty Group's offices in Southern California in recent weeks, Proehl noted. The nationwide firm maintains offices in Los Angeles and San Diego in addition to its Western Division headquarters and operational office in Newport Beach. |
