Renewal for Nearly Half the Building
Orlando, FL – PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that Sprint-Florida, Inc. has signed a 60-month renewal lease for 59,551 square feet of office space at Southpoint at Maitland Center in Maitland, Florida, just outside of Orlando.
Anita Turner of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Sprint-Florida in the transaction. Bob Dukes, Regional Vice President of PM Realty Group, represented the owner, Southpoint Investors, L.P.
