DENVER– PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, announced today it has been awarded an exclusive property management and construction management assignment for Crescent VI, a Class A office building located in the Denver Tech Center. The assignment was awarded by Prudential Real Estate Investors on behalf of the owner, US Property Fund GmbH&Co.KG.
Crescent VI is a six-story, 135,000-square-foot commercial office building located at 8400 East Crescent Parkway in Greenwood Village, Colorado. The property is in the Southeast Quadrant of the Denver Tech Center and is close to several restaurants and shopping centers. It is conveniently located near Routes I-25 and I-225, leading to Denver International Airport and downtown Denver. Horizon Bank occupies the first floor of the building and other tenants include Regus Business Center, Prudential Securities and Cybase.
